In addition to the juice and nut milks, you will need fresh whole food for snacks and one wholesome meal a day. All items from our “Eats” menu are approved for the beginners cleanse.
How to Cleanse?
Each day you should drink 3 juices and one nut milk. Our recommended order is green, color, green, milk spaced 2-3 hours throughout the day. If you are hungry between juices, raw vegetables or nuts can help hold you over. We recommend one healthy meal for dinner. You should include only whole clean foods.
